The Montana Environmental Quality Council, an interim legislative committee, recently voted to delay adoption of the EPAs draft greenhouse gas emission regulations. Had Montana adopted such GHG rules, our economy would have suffered and our businesses would have been unduly exposed to litigation and potentially new burdensome permitting requirements.
